The Right of Free Speech

In the constitution of nearly every country in the western world, the right of free speech is anchored. Everyone can say his opinion about things and events that bother you. Since the internet is a more or less anonymous and international place, you can say here whatever you want... It is my right to use words, forming them to sentences and express my opinion with it. Which means, the words belong to everyone out there. You can't own special words, you can't forbid others to use 'your' words. This is only imagination. The language is a good, the mankind earned in hundreds and thousands of years. It's nothing a big business can buy, it's nothing you can own like an music player or a cell phone.
The difference is clear: you're not allowed to 'steal' ideas, banned into a written form by some genius without quoting him. My list from yesterday seemed to offend once again someone. This is happening very often in the last few days, but anyway. I mentioned above, single words don't belong to anyone, except they are kind of trademarks or something. So this is my statement to the people I offended:
"It's just a list. I don't wanted to steal 'your' words, although I don't agree with the term 'your' words. I don't wanted to offend you, but don't be ridiculous and live with the fact that some genius mind a few miles away also uses the same words as you do".

I really like this list thing, so I'll keep on doing some Top-5 to different topics.
Today's topic: "5 Best Reasons To Turn Around And Run"
  1. You see an enormous bee with pink and blue stripes flying in front of you
  2. You realize that the next bathroom is behind you and you really need to take a piss
  3. Your standing in a blind alley (at least you don't have to run here)
  4. A bunch of crazy 'Tokio Hotel Fans' walking towards you
  5. There is a huge animal standing in front of you, which looks pretty hungry
